Terms of Use.
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of consumerperspectives.com(the “Site”), operated by Consumer Perspectives LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. These terms cover the public marketing Site only — they do not govern any research engagement, which is instead governed by the signed services agreement between us and the client, nor the client dashboard, which has its own terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe our services, history, and how to get in touch about a project. You may not use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems, or use automated means to scrape or harvest content without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
No professional advice
Content on the Site — including descriptions of methodology, case studies, and the Legacy section — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a guarantee of results for any particular engagement. Actual research design, findings, and recommendations are governed by the specific services agreement for each project.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, client organizations) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consumer Perspectives LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, regardless of the legal theory asserted, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose — currently zero, since the Site is free to use. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Site changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
