This policy covers consumerperspectives.com(the “Site”), operated by Consumer Perspectives LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not cover the client dashboard, which has its own data processing disclosure covering how survey and respondent data is handled.
Information we collect
Information you give us.When you submit the “Start a project” contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, the service area you selected, and whatever you write in the message field. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic — pages viewed, approximate location (country/region level), device and browser type, and referring site. Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free: it does not set tracking cookies or build individual visitor profiles, and we cannot identify you personally from this data.
How we use information
- To respond to project inquiries submitted through the contact form
- To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site:
- Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and provides the anonymous analytics described above.
We do not share information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
Data retention
Contact-form inquiries are retained in our inbox for as long as reasonably needed to manage the business relationship, then deleted or archived at our discretion. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Vercel's standard retention window.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information you've submitted through the contact form by emailing legal@perspectivesco.com. If you are a California resident, this includes rights under the CCPA; if you are in the EU/UK, this includes rights under the GDPR. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
